Power Loss

Power output of engines with Electronic Fuel Injection is, when converted to run on LPG, usually only slightly lower than petrol (on a quality LPG conversion is around 3%). While top speeds may be marginally reduced and acceleration times cut by fractions of a second, most drivers would be unlikely to detect the difference.

Some systems can reduce power by 10% or more - so choosing the right LPG system is vitally important.
